POLICY

-Deposit: With your deposit the time of the boat and the time of the captain with the crew for your reservation has been paid, we hope that when you come you enjoy a wonderful experience with us.

-Once you make a reservation for a boat, we will not be able to change it for a larger or smaller boat, because all the boats are from different owners and we cannot ask for a deposit from one person to send it to another. it’s not professional and it goes against our rules.

-Remember that only a certain number of people are allowed on each boat due to COVID-19 law if you arrive with more people in your group than what is allowed the captain will cancel your charter and you will lose your deposit.

– Remember that your time on the boat starts to run at the time of your reservation, try to not be late because we do not give extra time , we are very strict with the times, we want you to be very clear about that.

– Take sunscreen and appropriate clothing.

– You can take any drinks and foods that you want.

– HOKKAH and boats are not friends, do not carry hooka and avoid burning the boat and having to PAY for repairs.

– PLEASE DONT THROW TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 IF THE TOILET IS BROKEN AT THE END OF THE CHARTER!

– When the boat is starting please keep your group calm and seated until you reach a safe point.

– If you are going to SMOKE, please do not do it inside of the boat or in the seats to avoid burning them and having to PAY repair fee or cleaning fee.

– Bring your identity documents in case the police do a routine checkup and you have no problem

– We are all friends and we always want to have a good time so please do not overdo it behave up there and enjoy a wonderful day on the boat with us.

– We always recommend our clients to arrive by Uber, in the same way there is a parking lot outside the marina

– We are not responsible for accidents, blows or falls on the boats.

– We want to always be clear and sincere with our clients, that is why we clarify that WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS unless we fail with the service.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL for any reason the deposit is not refundable. We do this bussines really seriously and professional, with your deposit we pay captains, crew and the time of the boat for your reservation date , is impossible to get money back because is not professional and they don’t do it, for that reason if you cancel we can’t do refunds.

– Charterers might have last minute time rescheduling or boat change if your boat has a last minute inconvenience

– captains can only wait 1 hr for you in the marina If you do not come to receive your service you LOSE the deposit. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS

-We are not responsable if you suffer an accident or inconvenience before going to the marina, if you are not at the time you have the reservation and you do not arrive your service is canceled and the deposit will be to pay captains and crew time.

– Any DAMAGE to the boat must be paid in full.

– If there is bad weather, and we can’t give you the service, it is postponed for another day you choose and be available for your trip but NO MONEY REFUNDS.

-we do charters raining, only we do reschedule if the time is not in safety conditions for give you the service.

– we DO NOT do reschedules if someone in your party has tested positive for covid-19, if the person who rented the boat test’s positive for Covid-19 we can reschedule (we would need to see the test results), if someone in your party has gets COVID we will have to cancel or do the charter with you and the rest of your group.

-if you come from another city and need reschedule for weather or covid you have up to 3 months to select a new date.

– we DONT take same day reschedules or last date reschedules for any reason. If you can’t arrive we will have to cancel and you lose the deposit.

WE KNOW THAT IT IS VERY SAD TO LOSE A DEPOSIT AFTER BOOKING A BOAT BUT IT IS MORE SAD FOR US AS A COMPANY TO LOSE TIME THAT WE COULD SELL TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE TRUST OF OUR CAPTAINS AND PARTNERS.

– We strongly recommend 15% gratuity for the captains and crew, TIP would be really appreciated 🙏🏼

-We are intermediaries between you and the owner of the boat, and it will be the person who will make the contract directly to you.
