POLICY
– We are not responsible for accidents, blows or falls on the boats.
– We want to always be clear and sincere with our clients, that is why we clarify that we do not make returns unless we fail with the service.
– Charterers might have last minute time rescheduling or boat change if your boat has a last minute inconvenience
– captains only can wait 1 hr for you in the marina If you do not come to receive your service you lose the deposit. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS
-We are not guilty if you suffer an accident or inconvenience before going to the marina, if you are not at the time you have the reservation and you do not arrive your service is canceled.
– Any damage to the boat must be paid in full.
– If there is bad weather, and we can’t give you the service, it is postponed for another day you choose and be available for your trip but NO MONEY REFUNDS.
– we DO NOT do reschedules only if the weather is bad or you’ve tested positive for covid-19 (we would need to see the test results). If you get a accident or inconvenience before the rent we are no guilty and we will have to cancel.
– we DONT take same day reschedules. If so we will have to cancel and you lose the deposit.
